Who doesn't know how to have fun?
It turns out that for a lot of people, having fun is not so easy.
Having fun feels particularly hard right now with COVID, multiple wars and climate change.
Life is often filled with stress and responsibilities. Our loved ones, our jobs and social media are all jockeying for our attention, and our time.
It can make the idea of fun seem impossible.

NPR's Andrew Limbong talks to Catherine Price. She is author of "The Power of Fun" and writes the Substack newsletter, "How to Feel Alive."
This episode was produced by Brianna Scott. It was edited by Jeanette Woods. Our executive producer is Sami Yenigun.
